Reasonable range of hardware and tools, with friendly staff that are always happy to help out. Trade parking is nearly non-existent, and it can be difficult to get a park on the street sometimes. Other than that, no complaints.

A well stocked hardware store that doesn't have the large range of a larger Bunnings but for a small country town like Bega the hardware store is convenient and offers a reasonable range of products and materials. Staff are always friendly and super helpful. They even offer alternate places in town to try for products that may be out of stock or they don't stock.

Mitre 10 staff in Bega are generally helpful and good, this afternoon a staff members girlfriend was not being nice to him, he was trying to say to her he was working, then I bought paint and the lid was not on and it spilled all in my car. Please keep personal matters at home and put the lids properly on expensive paint tins. Thanks

The staff are always more than happy to help but of course they cannot compete with the likes of Bunnings.

I rang twice today and waited until the system ended the call. No answer on both occasions. Went to the website to see if I could find the cost of treated pine timber but there was no reference to it (I know they have mountains of it in stock) no pricing either. I wrote this review in far less time that I wasted trying to connect with Pambula Mitre 10. I have dealt with this business for over 10 years. Some of the staff are brilliant (hi Denise :) but it's very frustrating when you are trying to conduct your business and this happens. A Bunnings located on Authur Kaine Drive near the carwash would maybe change things.
